Driven to Protect at Ford Driving Skills for Life

On April 28-29, the DADSS team attended the Ford Driving Skills for Life event at the Richmond International Raceway in Richmond, VA.

This free training teaches newly licensed teens the necessary skills for safe driving beyond what they learn in standard driver education programs.

Our display was strategically located near the “Impaired Driving Simulation Course.” While teens began their program, their parents came by to explore the Learning Experience, getting a glimpse at how technology can help prevent drunk driving in the future.

In addition to this safety-conscious and enthusiastic crowd of teens and their families, we had the opportunity to share the DADSS technology with other notable visitors such as Jim Graham, Global Manager of Ford Driving Skills for Life, Kim Gray of the Richmond City Council, and State Senator Rosalyn Dance.
