Privacy

Protecting consumer privacy has always been a priority for the DADSS Program, and we want to do everything we can to build trust with consumers and ensure their data is protected. Consumers have a right to know if their data is being collected and used, and we fully support enhancing privacy safeguards as we develop the DADSS technology to make sure their privacy is protected.

That’s why the DADSS Program and the Automotive Coalition for Traffic Safety, Inc. are working with trusted experts on vehicle privacy like the Future of Privacy Forum. In 2024 we participated in a discussion hosted by FPF with Consumer Reports & the Alliance For Automotive Innovation to talk about ways we can continue making privacy a priority.
